My Websites Page Rank Dropped??

Hy every body,,


i have some of the website very strong in SEO works really, last time i got Good Page rank updates, one of them jumped from PR. 3 To PR. 5, SECOND one jumped from PR. 2 To PR. 4, the third one also jumped from PR.2 TO PR 5 and some of its internal pages wer PR. 6..


the update remain for some days, and after one week, all of the page ranks dropped. again?? i am thinking why this happend?? were the PR updated not in time?? Still confused about this.. please Help in in understanding this..

It might be that google rolled back rankings, are you talking about the PR Update last June 27? and July 19?

According to me Google updation are are run in this time.Google find your site in fresh back link and fresh content.

I met the same problem these days, but I do not know why and how to deal with it.

Try putting in some fresh content on your website relevant to your site.

My PR was updated from 0 to 3 on June 27 and updated from 3 to 1 on July 18(Chinese time).

Google did a roll back of its PR for most sites.  What happened is the amount of inbound links to your site were devalued and not counted as inbound links, so your PR dropped.  Go to GWT and check to see if you have a drop in inbound links.

yeah i am talking about the Google last updates on july 27... all of my back links are same, work is same,, but i have improved my work more...and i have from many of the people they have dropped their website ranking...

So you are saying you have the same amount of inbound links in GWT and your PR dropped?  That shouldn't be the case.

well, it is not penalized,, it have each and every thing same, back links are same,, traffic is same,, keyword position is improving day by day,, but its PR just dropped,,,, i just want to know that.. any ways thanks a lot for all of you people kind replies..

Yeah there are a lot of webmasters discussing the same matter on different platforms,A very big reason for dropping back from your previous PR,most of people suggest that this is due to uncertainty of bringing links to your given pages.
For instance:
you have 10 links per week and all of sudden you got 20 per week it's good until unless you are keeping on the same pace.

my sites pr decreased from 3-2 :(

Today,my PR was updated from 1 to 2 at 5:28PM. :)
So,it seems that Goolge update PR in the weekend too?

Google continually updates PR itself, not the toolbar, for everyone to see, every single day.  What happens when your PR drops is Google removes any extraneous links to your site and when that happens your PR drops. 

some time it was happened but don,t worry it is possible to come pr in next google updation if not come then try to find reason why pr dropped
