New Design Company - Looking for feedback!

Hello everyone - I'm new to the forums and new(er) to the business of web design. I have done freelancing for YEARS now (8 solid) and never thought about going for it full time. Due to the 'great(er) depression' I've decided to pursue this full-time. About 7 months ago we started plugging forward (when I say "we", i mean myself and my developer).

Through the power of referrals and friends, we've managed to bang out 20+ sites in these 7 months - all of my clients are extremely satisfied up to this point (a good thing). They all commend our web site, but at the same time - they are not designers themselves. So we wanted to reach out to your community to get some honest feedback.
