a few days ago I published my proxy top list:

features:
- top 5 buttons
- ranking based on pageviews
- reset every day
- and all the other features provided by the script
I know there are thousand others websites (also with a pagerank), but I will promote this list on different ways that each (top) member will get some traffic.
I suggest to give it try and submit you proxy site soon!
