for
http://demos.nexscorp.com/nexscorp_new/XHTML valid is something that meets the W3C documentation for the doctype it is reporting to be your page actually fails to meet any validate page, it also fails to meet WAI rules so in Europe you could in theory be done under Disability legislation.
You haven't got any descriptions in your alt tag this is a really basic thing and is a legal requirement in Europe placing empty alt attributes shows that it was done in dreamweaver or similar and you ignored the prompt.
You got non tabular data in tables if you don't know what tabular data is then its worth looking it up but even in html4
Tables should not be used purely as a means to layout document content as this may present problems when rendering to non-visual media. Additionally, when used with graphics, these tables may force users to scroll horizontally to view a table designed on a system with a larger display. To minimize these problems, authors should use style sheets to control layout rather than tables.
For
http://nexscorp.com/future/Still not got any descriptions in alt tags
your mixing inline and external styles
It also had numerous other small errors
http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fnexscorp.com%2Ffuture%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0With web design and development competition being so fierce its the little things that matter, to put it in perspective I can hire a photoshop designer for $100 and a XHTML slicer for $100 I know the work will be done within a couple of days and I know it will be valid, semantic and at the very least legal.
Your work looks nice don't get me wrong but the mistakes which you are making in ignorance make you look sloppy and your having to compete with people who will do as good a job for half the price :)
Also your aiming your services at people who have a background in the industry so will know what they expect and will want to get the best out of you or they will go elsewhere.
