ITs already more than a month late ...

rumors have it that google is changing the way that the PR is assigned (PR algorithm) and that is why its taking them longer this time ...

Lets wait and we will see ...

I read on some blog that he noticed some changes a few days ago, they said that also yahoo was last not a PR10 (should be a PR8 before)

I tried some sites but can't see any changes...

I still can't see any changes. I know that many directories got a drop in the pagerank 1-2 months ago, but that wasn't an update.

if Google will update the rank for each site manually than this update will take some more time :(

I think they are just giving pagerank "penalties" to specific sites

hmmm and what about the directory from Chris? only pr -1 because of selling not so much links?

it's a strange thing the site from Andy never sold any link...

Its really Odd, but I only hear stories lately about lost PR, I did not hear any where PR was gained, so maybe google is actually applying the penalties first ...

Google is funny. They downgrade your PR for selling links but what is the problem with that? Pagerank is not affecting your SERPs anyway so who cares? :)
