i am gonna buy a second hand notebook,
cause money reasons You know,
so i want to ask You:
Can notebook ATI Radeon 7500 16MB graphic card play DVD video?
Anyon got experiencec with 16MB cards?

Make sure it has a dvd drive though... but any graphic card higher than a Geforce 440 would play dvds... try it out before you buy...

...and be careful with old notebooks, a lot of them "dying" after a while :)
ask the old owner for what kind of work he used it, if you think he used it it every day don't buy it

I still use a GeForce 440 MX with 64 mb ram (I know I am an old school guy, but I don't play games anyway :) ) and it plays DVDs

Yeah it will, starting from Geforce 440 upwards, it will play well, some Geforce below 440 can play it as well with 2006 drivers, but some result in choppy frames (not noticeable though)...

it might be a ddr though equivalent to a geforce 220 I'm not so sure...

The 7500 is ATI second generation radeon card and itsw big feature at the time was "dvd playback" ability :)
