Paypal troubles

Just wanted to ask, if anyone here has problems with Paypal lately. I can't login to the developer center (sandbox) I don't receive any email from people who send me money, plus the IPN is not working!

Of course there is no need to mention that I didn't got any reply to my email to support. Does anyone here experience the same problems?

I have had no IPN problems today... all working fine on my sites.

didn't checked the sandbox but everything else is fine here (got yesterday a payment via the IPN)

I suspect this is some kind of DNS problem. Besides the web developer central, it seems that paypal has records for the old server.

But how am I supposed to solve that? (If this is the problem of course)
