Paypal verified status

Checking your account status at paypal, there is a Status field which have information like :

Status: Greek - Verified (138)

The number in the brackets defines how many people with verified account bought something for you, and it is updated 30 days after the transaction.

The funny thing in my situation is that after about 100 transactions (or even more) the last 6 months the number hasn't changed. Did anyone here has the same problem? I will send an email to paypal about this, but I would like to know first if someone here experienced the same.

How many days before? It is supposed to add the number after 30 days, and the member that pays you should be verified.

I have a lot of transactions every month but it seems that this value doesn't change anymore.

Maybe this is some kind of bug. I will contact paypal to ask them and will let you know.

Mine is not changed yet with a few orders per week...

I've sent an email to paypal and they send me a copy/paste answer that says nothing (thank you and we will check this....)

Maybe the persons buying from you are not verified buyers, is that a possibility? Otherwise it would have to be that the function is not working as it should.

No there are many verified buyers. I believe the function is not working as it should, because otherwise paypal would gave me an actual answer for this.
