Php and rss

As I am new to xml and rss, I would like to ask some newbie stuff here.

I have some rss feeds, and I want to be able to show them in my site.

So I need a script that will be able to parse the rss document, and give back the items of the feed plus the channel information.

Is there any ready script for that, or can you give me any advice on this, as it is my first time with rss.
