Php and the Windows platform

Hi. I would like to ask if there is any way to create a windows application with php.

I mean a program with windows etc.

Yes you can use php - gtk but have in mind that it is not so developed  yet.

You will have to read a lot of stuff before you make an application

You can also use modules that used with C++ or VB and give you the abillity to use php with the objects of windows.

I think there are two programs like this (sorry I can't remember the names) but they are not free
