Sure they are. I got pagerank 4 for one of my sites, only with a few submittions.

I suppose that directory submittions is a must for a website.

You get better SE placements + faster SE indexing. And it is free!

You should double check though, cuz 4 or 5 wanted money, and like 2 of em were dead links.

That isn't good, it works for me. When you say it isn't working, do you mean that the page display is messed up, or it just won't load. If so, please tell me what error it was.

It is not loading. It is a propagation problem.

Propably you haven't received the email about your listing. Can you pm me the site(or search the url in the directory to see your listing)?

Anyway for paid listings the wait period is less than 48 hours, and in most cases is 1-2 hours.
