Real Estate Samos Site for Sale

This site has a lot of potential. Google Nr. 1 for 'real estate samos' - Nr. 4 for 'samos real estate'.
The property that is advertised on this website is sold and the site has become useless as is. Besides of some Google money it staedily produces.  8)

The design is so la la, very old and not very sophisticated. 5-days work :-)

I'm much too busy with too many software and web projects to do something with it myself.

If anybody is interested, make me an offer. And don't ask me how much i want; tell me how much it's worrth to you.

How much you offereing :)
You can monetize it with Google ads if you have the time for it. The ads it carries are high pay but there is very little traffic since i don't promote it anywhere.
There is also a real estate affiliater interested to make business on the site. I'd deliver the address to you as well.
I simply don't have the time to look after it.

So if you make me anacceptable offer it's yours to exploit.
