What makes you think that your site is sandboxed? There are 126 indexed pages from your site.
If you want my opinion this "sandbox" probably does not exists, but even if it does you should do the same thing which is quality link bait.

Do you submit your site to many directories frequently? Have you got links from sites that can be considered "bad neighborhoods"? Did you changed anything in your site lately?
Those are just a few things that could caused the drop in rankings.

Lets start with some real basic stuff before scaring people to death.
A) how old is the site
b) Have you been building links, if so have they been mainly from directories
c) Where has your content come from
A - if the site is new as in less then a month or two old it is perfectly normal for it to move around the rankings for a bit, What normally happens is a new site is indexed quite highly then plummets for a bit they slowly regains to roughly the same position. This happens over a 2-3 month period and is normal just continue link building. If its still behaving erractically after 2 to 3 months then its time to look at something else.
B) Link building is important you should be adding links regularly but not to many at once if you suddenly gain 10k of links over night you will be penalised a good figure is the number of pages on the site times 10 a day.
c) Is the content unique and genuine, copied content even if modified may rank well then plummet make sure that the content is all legit ect.
One small thing if vtlglobal is the site in question might I suggest that you ask your SEO experts?
