Scripts for advertisment management

I would like to have a script for manipulating advertisments both banners and text ads.

Can you recommend me something?

Here in Topsites directory we use phpAdsNew.

It is a great program very simillar to the commercial competitors of it, and ofcourse it is open source!

I have actually been intrested in an advertisement script aswell. I will check this one out.
