I've currently been hosting with Servage for about 7 months. Although it has taken my 5 months to make the site, I still think i can get a good insite into Servage.
All i have read on the internet is bad reveiws, but in my experiance of Servage it hasn't been bad at all!
For a start, the support is exellant. I once had a problem with password protecting using .htaccess and i open a support ticket and this was the result :
Apr 01 - 18:23 GMT
Customer
Apr 01 - 18:33 GMT
Servage - Neil
Apr 02 - 11:26 GMT
Customer
Apr 02 - 11:42 GMT
Servage - Scott

I didn't have to wait for more than 20 minutes and the problem was resolved, they done it for me. Thats good IMO. This is good for beginners esspecialy.

Secoundly it gives 75,000 Disk Space and 1TB BW/Month. They do oversell but aslong as you only use 18GB per day (1TB is a usally 30 day month) they have no grounds to suspend your account. They also include alot of good extras, such as unlimited domain hosting and 1000 MySQL databases.

They're control panel is the greatest, but they say its to do with the cluster servers.
And finally speed. For the first few months i thought it was slow, atm it is going fast, and when i logged on in Germany and Austria it was very fast to load.
That was my attempt at a veiw, lol. Sorry for the typos. Anything else you would like to ask go ahead, here is the link for Servage.

is this you referer link? don't post them here, you're review is ok but place regular links to the hosting homepage (or product page).

I think it's a hype to offer this large packages, there is a similar offer from dreamhost and I can't believe that there are so much people that are using this bandwidth ;).

Interesting is how much hosting accounts they have, mostly there are not so much if they can answer their tickes so fast

Oh yeh sure. Didn't know that :)

They have around 13,000 accounts i saw at one place, but people sign up/down each month so i have no idea. And i don't think anyone does use that, and if you did, its a good idea not to use this host :P

Secoundly it gives 75,000 Disk Space and 1TB BW/Month.

most of the time this companies have 200-300 users on one machine
this must be a big hard-disk:

250 users * 75GB = ~ 18TB

cool :D

another calculation:

1TB hard disk (raid) is arround 800USD

18TB * 2 * 800USD = 28.800 USD

this is expensive....

They just know that none is using the space that he/she actually gets. Most of the websites are less than 5 mb ;)

It's nothing wrong with them, I have an account that is increasing in space and bandwidth every week,

the weekly increase is a value with local (dutch) providers about 5 euro a month
