Some help with contact form please

I get a lot of spam recently and I think is from my contact page... how do I encode my email address so that It won't be picked up by spam bots?

I already found formsway.com , so I placed a contact form instead... My email address is not visible anywhere now, so zero spam :)

try to search your email in google or yahoo or bing, find the sites and ask the administrator to delete your email address.
And don't forget to change your password several times a year

you should use some standard securities protocols for disallowing spammers.
