Just because the website you are talking about is trying to sell something doesnt mean it's SPAM. Yes, the site is your standard affiliate style web design.

Currently we do allow people to submit reviews of their website if they are selling something, whether or not they get any traffic to the pages is completely up to our members and how well they rate the site.

Right now we only have a small number of users so any recent submissions will end up on the front page. This will change when we start to have more users signing up for websites.
