Does Topsites list worth?

Does anyone here uses them? Do you have any result from this technique?

I think it works, but you should participate with good ones, that are relative to your topic

TopSites sublime directory is like a top list, actually it is an extended top list, and I can say that it works for most of the sites that are registered. For instance our top site is getting about 700 visitors per month, and the rest are getting 20+.

I believe that this ok for a 'link trade'
