Social network sites like Twitter and Facebook are certainly growing and increasing in popularity. I like to utilize these sites as additional measures to increase your traffic and online presence. Try to post in these as often as possible, without over-selling yourself or your organization.

i have social Fane page on facebook for my website,, and i did a lot on it,, still i am thinking what to bring more in it.. we can get good leads from facebook, twitter or other website, but depends on our work over there...

I would also add "Be Personal."  I think Twitter can become overwhelming quickly as you build followers and follows, and there is some temptation to begin taking shortcuts.  For example, a number of users set up automatic direct messages that will ping each new follow some generic message. 

Direct messages are meant to be personal, yet too many people use it the wrong way.  And you can spot the mass automatic direct message from a mile away... It's usually something along the lines of: "Thanks for following!  Check me out on Facebook and my blog!" 

In my experience, this is a huge turn-off.  Take the time with Twitter to be as personal as you can.  If you take shortcuts, you may start losing followers quickly.
