Use wordpress platform, my user can't upload their image, help...

Exactly, I'm unsure and hope correct to ask at this section because unsure with my problem.
I setup a blog use wordpress, and use userphoto plugin to allowed my user upload their image, but when tehy try to upload, not allowed althouigh me as admin is okay to upload my photos. Would you help me how to solve this trouble? I'm unsure how to setup userphoto plugin. Many thanks for your advance.

Maybe a problem with read/write permissions from your host?

Can you upload photos from the wordpress uploader?

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your prompt reply, also your warm welcome.
I have following instruction to install, to change my chmod to 755 or 777
My image folder at wp-content/uploads/userphoto
This is my website include my screen shot when trying to upload image.
www(.)saskiatan(.)com/image-not-upload.jpg.
(Please apologize I dont know how to use insert image, and I'm afraid to make life link)

If those are ok then you probably haven't set the path to where the plugin writes images. Is there such a setting?

ohh...yes, maybe not yet because unsure how to setup userphoto plugin accept activate.
Would you give me more infromation how to do it?

there is loads of software available that can search for blogs, this kind of software is cheap and effective so i wouldnt mmind betting thats how they found you. make sure your site is nofollow as most wont even try and spam you if thats case
