Web Developer / Designer - United States

We're looking for a full-time PHP developer with some experience in web design to help augment a staff of contract employees on a medical office application at a startup company in West Chester, Ohio (near Cincinnati).  Candidate should have experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and MySQL.  AJAX experience a plus.  Fun work environment, as part of a team of intelligent, fun-loving people.  You can help us make a difference!
