Ad share code is basically code used to generate some revenue like Ad sense.

Yes it the sharing of codes and when somone clink on this link ,They will have to pay the money to the forum on which code is shared.

A good example of Ad-sharing is HubPages where you can get your own HubPage account, write an article and if you have an Adsense account with Google the you can share in the revenue with HubPages while writing content on the site. You share the revenue with HubPages because they are letting you share in the revenue with them, where in the case, they could stop that all together and you would get nothing.
