And what is difference b/w black hat and white hat SEO..?

White Hat advice is generally summed up as creating content for users, not for search engines, and then make that content easily accessible to their spiders. It is more about user friendliness and accessibility rather than about tilting the odds seriously in one???s favor.

Black hat" SEO employs more deceptive methods to try to improve rankings. The search engines usually disapprove these methods. This can range from text that is "hidden", either as text colored similar to the background or by redirecting users from a page that is built for search engines to one that is more human friendly.

white hat is all about organic seo. everything is happening it self with just a little bit help and backlink building. Black hat seo is aggresive way of building thousands of backlinks a day but it is not allowed by google. Most ppl are going grey hat. They try to stay white hat as much as possible and they are using black hat tools to build backlinks but with much less aggresive settings so it looks natural.

SEO include the SMO, like social media bookmarking and social media networking. So, SMO is not a difficult concept. Come to the second point black hat SEO never obeys the rule of search engines also called spamming way to optimize a site and white hat is the opposite of it.

A white hat approach is to do it through improving the service the end users get - and to follow the guidelines as stated by search engines. Black hat's aim to do the same thing, but with only one goal - gaming the system to achieve better rankings.
