Right now i am trying to create micro niche site. I want to optimize it so i can rank page one in google. What is the seo for micro niche?

I would recommend two things:
1. Adding more content. Google ranks informational sites over commercial sites because people are usually just looking for info and that's what they want to see in the results. What do informational sites have over commercial sites - A lot more content. Also, google likes sites/pages that are updated somewhat frequently. Adding content is actually a veritable way to increase your rankings - a lot of people overlook this b/c they don't feel like adding more.
2. Backlinking! You're going to have to do some backlinking to get your sites to rank higher. I would balance your time 75% building links & 25% creating new content. There are tons of ways to build backlinks,
