Yes it is. I first learn to create sites before about 10 years, and since then I didn't pay attention to the whole dhtml thing.
Now I am redesigning all my sites to use css because this way the sites are loading faster, and it is even easier to make adjustments

SQLYog is like phpMyAdmin but it is an application that runs on your pc. It interacts with the server directly and you can update the server data with sql scripts generated from msaccess databases and ... the list goes on.
Here is a screen shot...

Oh, nice.
For this job I use phpMyAdmin (as everybody else), and some times MySQL Administrator. It is a great tool, you should try it :

I didn't knew of MySQL Administrator.
Nice tool. I like it is because there are some feautures that other programs don't have (health status, remote db connection etc.)

Its sad but I use Frontpage 2003 and I use Dreamweaver. Server tools I use Centos 4.2, Postfix, Bind, Apache, MySql, Proftp and Webmin. Why pay for cPanel when Webmin does a better job and does the job for free. I am currently testing DNS Made Easy. I would rather let some one else handle the servers DNS.

Webmin? Is this really working?
I had checked it before a lot of time ago and it wasn't too good, but I suppose it have been developed since then

Oh ya! Webmin is my favorite tool. You can control anything on the server through the GUI. When you install Virtualmin you can add websites to your server, just like if you were using cPanel. The GUI is different but you get the same end results. Virtualmin adds DNS, Mail, MySQL, and FTP for every domain you add. There are many mods for Webmin and Virtualmin. Check it out at
www.webmin.com .
