Hiya

access user class php Error on line 313

Access_user Class ver. 1.94

I just installed this script, and upon testing came across this error, using "update_user_profile.php"

while trying to update the user profile this error occured which is display below

I thought this could be related to the count_visit function but I reset it back to default and this still was the case.

Is this a bug or a config issue ?

Any thoughts ?

regards zandebar

Update user information:

This two forms are an example how to update the user and user-profile information
(fields with a * are required).

Since playing with script some more I have found that the"Date dd-mm-yyyy:" field must be filled in for this error not to occur

Q1) what is the idea of this field?

Q2) Do you really expect users to fill this in, can't the system put this in automatically?

Q3) Am sure there is a really good reason for this user input field, am just puzzled  ;D why its there

Q4) Can there be a work around if its left blank?

Thankyou for your time

Apart from that one area which puzzles me, in the short time I have had to play with it, it does exactly what I want it to do  :)
Which is great, thankyou for the time you spent making the script tis  8).

the field is just an example what you can do with this diff. fields, in this case it could be a birth date field

Hiya Olaf,

thanks for your quick reply, knew there was some logic there somewhere  :o :-[ ;D

q1) So if I left this field  blank, by removing the date fileld from the HTML  or the user didn't want to put his birthday   in this fileld.

How would you stop the error messages from occuring ?
