cURL failed. Error number : 1 => libcurl was built with SSL disabled, https: not supported!

Error during initial setup attempt - first database update.

Ideas?

I control the server so I setup a ssl certificate for the domain and still get the same error if access it with http or https.

UPDATE: REbuilt server with curl ssl - now new error

Got the file, continuing with parsing File is empty. Quiting...

UPDATE: ok, I ot a work around

This is kind of strange. Maybe the host is on safe mode?

Have you tried to run the script from CLI? (ssh console)

No strange at all. As I said I rebuilt Apache to include curl ssl and there was no problem.
The fact that the zip file was not unzipped is an issue I can deal with.

The new version will be probably out in 1-2 weeks. I am still in lack of time, but in my first break I will finish things and release it :)
