e commerce website programmer - France

I'm building an e-commerce pixel ad site, with submission forms, payment management, and ad banner and link management. I need a real programmer to come in and clean up my prototype, build the php/msql side and make the site secure for real investors. I will offer a negotiated fee for the site creation and a % of sales (if the site is profitable) This is a commercial site.
