failed to open stream: Permission denied

I am using  the easy upload php ,i have the problem,how to do it ,thanks!

This is defenetly a file permission issue.

You should  chmod the directory that you want to write to.

I think you need to change the CHMOD value for the upload directory, ask your provider for the suggested value
