i want to increse page rank but i am not sunccess so plz share with me solid thinking for getting page rank 3

For getting high page rank,You have to built quality back links as maximum as you can.You may approach with web 2.0 technologies.You will get good pr if you have more quality back links.

well, i have page rank 1 this time ,, and  i am working from last 5 months, some of pages do have 2 page rank.. i have observed that if you are dealing with good resources, while blogging or blog commenting, they will give you strong back links.. one thing more, i was counting and analysing my backlinks, i have maximum back links from blog commenting..

Page rank is not so important as before, quality back link is the point now

if you have good quality back links, that means you must have a good page rank!!!

I agree with ewholesaler. I have a blog, which page rank is 1. But on google search the search rank of my blog is 2 & i got lots of traffic. I have a also a blog which page rank 3, but the traffic of this blog is poor. So, page rank is not important thing, i think so.

Use lots of meta keyword tags. Use it WITH Commas. Make sure you don't repeat the same word more than 3 times in a row. Google only indexes the first 101K of the document - so don't use TOO many.
Make sure you include at least one link to Google. They need quality traffic as well. Don't be greedy and hog it all to yourself. This can do wonders for your pages. Remember - Google may be going public soon - so the more traffic you send them the better.

To increase the PR of your site the amount of inbound non extraneous links with a higher PR have to be pointing to the site, and taking into consideration the amount of outbound links which will diminish PR.  Forum post will not have an affect on PR, as Google's algo can figure out that the posts are impressions from forums and would not give any credence to PR, only to impressions, and rankings which is a maybe.
