I believe and you con ask the moderators, you have to have 200 plus posts before you can do anything with your profile.  They put restrictions on it until you reach the limit.

May the forum is working on it. wait and see. Or Contact admin

You have to have either 100 or 200 posts in this forum before you can do anything.  Contact the administrator for more information on this because I do not know the exact number.  You should be able to email him or her directly to find out when your restrictions will be lifted.
