I want to put it in some sites which shares revenue like this forum. I am not able to open my adsense account from my place. And even if i open it i dont know how i get the client id

When you see the code of an ad, there is a line like this :
google_ad_client = "pub-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX";
the pub-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX is you client id.
google_ad_client = "pub-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX";
the pub-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX is you client id.
