how do you treat auto submission software?

hello every body

recently when i go to different kinds of webmasters forum and freelance market place, i see maximum buyer tell in Job descriptions that "No auto submission is

allowed, every submission must be manually" . if every where its demanded by the buyer and  also auto submit is some time harmful even some time site owner 

delete the automatic submitted link or post ,  so, why its day bay publicity?

Auto submission doesn't make sure that your site is submitted or not.. But people like auto submission softwares because it saves time.....
