This question always kills me, and i can't help but ask!
You know how there are lot of companies who sell hosting, by being a reseller on other companies servers?
Would you ever be willing to do that same business model for web designing?, i might get beat up but i would love to know the straight answer! ;-)

I wouldn't do any reselling of web design, no way. Hosting is a maybe, and Seo services a maybe too. The best thing to do is if you do most of on your own, try that, but have back up where you can outsource your services to other companies, like brokering, and have them do the extra work for you.

A simple problem , when you register the domain , you need to pay it . So , it means , you must have a lot of money to buy the domain host and so on . When you can resell them ????
