I want to sell my website : http://www.lebphoto.com , its a photo rating website, with a cool flash chat.
the website have over 1000 registered members, it have a google page rank2. it is indexed by the major search engines, it receives a 1000-1500+ unique visitor per month.
there is an option to have paid membership on the site, and you can generate revenue from Newsletters, google ads and there is a Banner on the bottom of page. from the admin you can change this banner, and see the statistics: views, and clicks on this banner.

Not much, the CTR is low I dont know why!

Propably because you have the ads in the bottom of the page (it is the worst place to put ads)

I think so, and put it on the top require some good programming knowledge and I dont have that. my freind who used to help is not available now.
but I think the website have potentials...

I can't be sure for a price (as allways the price depends on the earnings of a website), but my guess is that this site could not worth more than $100-$200
