I have seen eurodns offer .FI domain name extension to reg which terms and conditions has changed. Since the 1st of January 2009, the minimum registration period has been lowered from 3 years to 1 year.
How potential is this domain name?

I don't think this is a really good extension, but if you can get a word like del.ico.us used to be it would be cool
