Hi,
just got an Email from TLA about their new service:
http://www.auctionads.com/We are happy to announce that your website has been pre approved at AuctionAds.com!
This is an exciting new joint venture between TLA?s parent company, MediaWhiz and ShoeMoney Media. AuctionAds allows you to monetize your website by displaying live eBay auctions that match the content of your website. You will need to set up a new publisher account to use AuctionAds. We are excited to offer you this new way to make more money with your website!
what do you think about this program?
In fact you will show content related e-bay auctions on your website and get paid if some one will buy a product/service on e-bay...

I have heard nothing but good reviews which in itself could be considered a problem ;)
I think the issue is what type of advert do you want to sell corporate, small business or individuals, I personally won't be using it though I know at least one fiend who is signed up, but then he runs a site about ebay and sells via an ebay store.

I got this mail too. For the moment I just see good public relations (shoemoney is a very "famous" webmaster after all) so I think we are in the "buzz" state at the moment...
I would check this program if I had any relevant site, but as I don't I will let this pass :)

i just signed up for TLA myself. finally got the time to check them out.
compared to adsense, are they better earners for your sites in terms of monthly revenue?

I don't think that program is older than one month, so I guess you'll have to wait a little for other people's results :)

I'm using auctionads for almost a month and have some nice earning via the video site by a CTR lower than 1%.
you need to wait a while since an auction need to be finished first and then you get your money.
Interesting is a high CTR on my script page...

Olaf I had them in 4 sites and took them off,
I guess you need a lot of traffic in order to get some clicks that will lead to a sale.

possible, I have mostly clicks from sites with > 2000 pageviews a day, but also clicks on pages with only 300-500 pv's day
I know from the auctionads support that you need several weeks to have some sales (because an auction is sometimes over days/weeks)

In a matter of 2-3 months I had about 3000 impressions with 50 clicks and $2 gains
I did not think it was worth it and took them off ...
