I really like the idea of this site, as it is unique (or at least I have never saw such a site)

The only thing you need to change is the about text. You need something that points to real people - not webmasters - and maybe it will be better to use another domain for this site.

Nice Blog, check the background image get flicker effect while scrolling :)

@Nick, your right this idea is almost unique, most of the time you see this kind of pages in categories of freebie sites.

Maverick, keep the site clean, don't accept every contest (there is a lot of junk there)

I am thinking to post only the biggest contests running at any given time :)

I would make the text black. Not a big grey fan. Also, I would try to limit the color scheme to just 3 colors.
