hello everyone, those who wants to improve their chess skills, you can post your questions here and im willing to share some ideas with you guys, this is like a chess clinic for free! anyway, heres some hints:
1. have an opening preparation in order to save time in playing blitz.
2.If you opponent is faster than u are, exchange as many pieces and go for the endgame early. (while you have much time left to use in the endgame) or do the opposite if ur faster than him.
3.During a blitz game, dont spend time analysing deep positions. better maintain quiet position with much time left, than having a good position and end up in time trouble.
4.Know your opponents strength and weaknesses, so you know where to strike him. (e.g. if hes fast go for the endgame early, if hes slow find a close position and wait til he gets into time trouble)

My friend was considered as a Chess Wizard when he was in college. According to him, you need to study the endgames like rook endings, the bishop versus the knight and the pawn endings. How long have you been playing this game?

Oh yeah, see if there are any chess happenings going on around your local park. People play all the time, and are usually really willing to teach you how to play better.

I've never been that good when it comes to chess. I always consider myself a trying-hard player. LOL And I never win even a single game. ;)

I think if you want to improve their chess skills, then you must continue to play chess with your opponent, and find some inspiration higher than your opponent, constantly losing and also continued efforts to win
