Hi I am new this area...Upto now I am doing only adsense alone..so pls tell me what are the top 10CPM paying compamies

That's kind of an odd question :)

I don't know which are the top 10 CPM networks but in general CPM is not that interesting in our days as adsense is the biggest network in both cpc and cpm so it is hard to get better rates, except if you can sell your own inventory or be accepted by a premium network (but those are for really huge web properties)

Adsense and adbrite none of them are CPM network
