usable or not?

I have designed a wp theme that's kind of weird.
What I mean is that there is no normal index page. I made it so that index page only shows three linked post thumbs, short description and title. There is a way of course to be able to paginate it if a user wishes to. There are two sidebars. One is strictly for the index page and hte other is for the rest of the site.
The theme was meant to look minimized.
My question would be would You find it the theme usable? Is it fairly navigable?
the theme is located at http://test.anon2you.com

I want to apologize if this isn't a place to post this. I just need an opinion.
Thanks.

I would prefer some kind of pagination. Also I can't see the whole of the last post (it is probably set overflow:hidden?)

I am using Ubuntu with Chrome

Damn I didn't test Chrome. Yeah the overflow is set to hidden. And the height is limited. I'll try to figure that part out.
I changed that though. I made two more index.php templates. One will be just like most templates and will show complete posts, full length. The other complete posts, full length, and the thumbs.
I fixed the look in Chrome.
The pagination is not working on that page  because the post limit in Settings >> Reading is set to 10, but the front page limits the number to 3. Can't figure out how to fix that though. Aside from changing the limit in the admin panel, which I did and now the pagination is showing, but the limit has to stay at three in the admin panel. I'll try yo figure out how to fix that within that page itself.
