- I still confuse, what is VAT for?, could you give me more detail explanation, because from documntation, I don't get the point.
- and how to configure the SMTP server, for stand alone computer& check the
ordered email sent correctly, before I upload it to the internet. could I use the free SMTP server,
which is the best?

VAT is value added tax used throughout europe it varies depending on country but is a set of percentages here in the uk all products are eitehr 0%/5%/17% so some products you don't pay VAT otehrs are 5% and the majority is 17%.
The US has a similar scheme.

Setup an SMTP server on a windows PC is a hard job for a beginner, use the SMTP server from your ISP instead.

yeah the VAT structure is very different in several countries:
in the Netherlands the VAT for nonfood is 19% and for food only 6%
in Germany its 19% for all products
I'm not a tax expert but the Dutch model looks much more social than the German one...
