which one is the best google+ or facebook regarding its applications,performance and quality

As of yet, you can't do any comparing. Google+ is in it's BETA stages which means it won't be released for a while. It would be unfair to compare Google+ to something which has been out for ages.

However, I hope and will say that Google + should be the number one social network. Facebook is now annoying and something needs to take over. Facebook has lost its originality by copying Google's and Twitter's features just to make itself better which is ridiculous. I really hope Google beats Facebook, it beats everything else.

I dislike facebook too, but there's nothing i can do about that!  Its an essential tool for web marketing now so its a 'must have' in your marketing strategy.

Google have their +1 which is at early stages so can't compare (as said above) but it does have a slightly different concept - meaning that in the not too distant future it may well come into its own, so comparisons will only be website specific - what works for one may not work so well for another...

I'd try to make as much use of both!

Google+ is in initial stage therefore, we can not compare it with Facebook which has become like a habit of every third person in this world. However, I like the applications of Facebook but I think It have some security issues and it should work on it. I am sure that Google+ will overpower Facebook one day.

facebook becos i use more the facebook nor the google+ actually no proper idea about google+ as it is a new release of google where compared to facebook many are addicted to it

I was about to say exacly the same :P U cant compare something which hasnt been quite released yet to a social monster like facebook. But as it is google thing it might be more helpful to rank in google than facebook when it comes out and one votye in g+ might be much more worth than one like in facebook.

Its too early to compare Google+ with Facebook....both Google+ and Facebook have many features with each other does not have...

In comparison right now...Facebook wins the game in terms of Social Networking...but Google+ wins the games for SEO benefits...
