I'm new here. I want to join the community. 

Anyways, are you out in the market to buy a brand new home? If you are, have you decided which home are you going to purchase? If you have chosen the home you are going to buy, are you sure it's the right one for you? If you are, then go on ahead, but if you aren't sure, yet, just take your time. After all, buying a new home is one of the biggest investment that almost all of has will ever venture in to.

Now, if you haven't made a choice yet, why don't you search the internet for the  types of homes you should avoid when purchasing a new home? Or why not try searching a different website with listings of new homes for sale by builders. Try to get as much information as you can get to help you come up with the right decision.
