my web pages are not indexed in bing. what could i do to get them indexed on bing

Just get a few incoming links and it will be indexed eventually. For instance you can submit your site to a few web directories or social bookmarking services. This will help

Bing is notoriously slow at indexing. You should not have to do anything different than you would to be ranked in Google.

You can go to the Submit page of bing and then submit the link of your site.
