I bought a dual zeon server for this purpose, and as you can see, we have some downtimes, because the server has some kind of hardware failure.
Hope the new server will solve this..
That's a really bad experience. Hope the new server will help too
The site is much faster now.

Newista is super quick. Their servers are the best IMO. A bit on the expensive side but I like them very much.

asmallorange.com is my current host, and up to now they stuck to their word. No downtime, no hardware fialures (and they even bared with me when I was like 6 days late with the payment )
They're great, support issues are solved right away. I think they'll have me as a customer for quite a long time.

redz.us and godaddy.com i love both hosts because they are dependable and have great uptime but i do not like godaddy that much because of their control panel. Redz.us is my favorite because it has cpanel and its shared, and godaddy.com is my favorite because it has great deals on dedicated servers.

i have a friend that is doing my hosting with his server with controlk panel statistics and everything Cheap and no problems and whenever i need support and help through msn...(and believe me he has given me great help) I also manage when to pay and until when, and if i need a .com domain he registers for it through credit card, and i have nothing to do with this as i have no card I trust this kind of services (face2face i call it) more than any company in the world...

I host with FatNetwork.net. Have been hosting with them for a few months and they never fail to impress.
