I have a question for submitting pages to social bookmarking sites.Is it better that i add content to social bookmarking sites some days after publishing them on my website or at the same time to rank higher in Google?

Well SEO is a slow process... If you want to get faster results go for PPC!

It probably won't make a difference because bookmarking your own site on a social bookmarking service won't have much impact for SEO.  It's best to have links from many different users of social bookmarking sites in order to add any value at all.  Since most of these sites are "no follow" anyway, it's not a very valuable backlink.

social bookmarking is that useful I think, it will cost you a lot of time to do that but the result of it is not always good..
