I don't think Google will lower your rankings if you don't have a specific hosting company. There are some companies on the market that name themselves "Seo Hosting", but I wouldn't trust'em. Try and include your language meta tags to make sure Google won't think your website's language is derived from the location of your host and that's all, you don't have to look for such an "Seo Hosting".

There are a lot of factors that may affect your ranking. It is not always about the hosting service that you have. But it may helped if you wanted to change your hosting company.
