When a company (aseohosting) offers a great amount of c-class IP's on their dedis, will it help much in SEO?

Aseohosting pricing is not high.
$4.75/per C class ip isn't much IMO.
As for location, it's US-based.
Just my point of view.

Getting the service from aseohosting.com is the reasonable Idea because  I haven't seen any hosts of the same quality offering lower costs for c-class IP-addresses.

I think that SEO hosting offers are not helping in SEO campaign at all
