I just finished drawing up the new layout for the J Love Premium Hosting site, www.tlove2.com. Take a look and let me know what you think. Im still messing with it so all suggestions are welcome.

I don't mean to belittle your work or anything, just to give some advice that will probably prove useful later on. It seems to me that your layout looks far too much like one from those free hosting templates packages that go around on the net. I've seen probably 200 hosts that use very similar layouts, and that doesn't do anything towards helping you get customers. What you need to do is get yourself a unique looking layout, not necessarily with a tech theme (try "nature" for instance) - With a unique layout you stand much closer to getting potential customers' attention. Usually you only have about 20-35 seconds to arouse a visitor's interest.
Which brings me to the next point. For me (DSL connection), your website took about 2 full minutes to load. Maybe it's that my connection was crowded at the time I visited, but if it's not, you really need to improve your loading time...

well i did customize the crap out of it so its not exactly like the template it was originally. before, there was only blue, no other colors (very boring)
